We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving the order and during busy periods it may take up to 48 hours. All of our UK orders and most of our international orders are dispatched via Evri and DPD. For international orders our delivery partners can include - DPD, FedEx, Parcel force.
Please make sure you check for any customs/duty tax for the country you're ordering to as the total cost does not cover it and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control.
If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
Please note custom items such as custom canvases (depending on size) and candles can take up to 1-2 weeks to make as they are custom.
Once the order has been dispatched and leaves us it is in the hands of the courier. We have no control over their delivery times so please be assertive when tracking orders. Please note the same applies to customs delays for international orders - we cannot control customs and how long they take to check and release items.
If you miss your delivery the the courier should leave a card advising the delivery attempt was missed and provide details for re-delivery.
Once the item is shipped you will receive a tracking number please also check spam mail if not received in your regular inbox.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details when ordering and Alhayaaartistry is not responsible if the incorrect address is entered. However, if you wish to change the address before the order dispatched then this may be possible. However, please note all inquiries sent via email/dm can take around 48 to be read and responded to.
