These are our new Black Winter collection tote bags, you can choose from 2 styles. One of them is a crossbody & shoulder bag in which you can wear it either way & the other one is a long shoulder strap bag. Both styles are of high quality tote canvas bag, it's spacious and can be be used for day to day personal use along with carrying it to work/school without worrying about capacity, now comes with pockets inside & outside along with a zipper detail for opening & closing the bag. This tote has long handles which can be used for either carrying it in the hand or over the shoulder as a crossbody or as a regular shoulder bag.

Crossbody - 44cm x 30cm (crossbody strap is up to 120cm can be adjudgested)
Shoulder - 41cm x 28cm (handles are 30cm)
material - 100% Polyester (both bags)

Care instructions -
- machine wash similar colours together with a gentle detergent, no bleaching.
- turn fabric inside out when washing.
- do not tumble dry/dry clean.
- dry on low/medium heat.
- avoid ironing - pull out inner material slightly to avoid the inner zip from getting ironed and staining the bag.

Canvas Panels Material - 100% cotton surface with perfect texture. Has been Pre-primed with 3 coats of animal friendly (cruelty free), acid free (non toxic) titanium acrylic gesso. (we do not personally make the actual canvas panels)
Tote Bag Material - 30% Polyester & 70% Cotton. (we do not personally make the actual tote bags)
Candle Material - Made with Unscented Wax (we do not personally make the actual candles).

Returns -
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you have ordered a customised or personalised item such as calligraphy canvas art piece, candle or tote bag, we do not accept return or exchanges for those items.

The bag is great quality and the design adds to its beauty, not too big not too small and fits everything Alhamdulillah.
I honestly love these winter cross body tote bags. I have now brought two. I never use my other bags because this one is so convenient. It's such good quality, it fits all essentials plus more but not tooo big. I also sometimes use it as a nappy/ changing bag for my daughter and has bottle holders which are so convenient. Highly recommend. I must say everything is also always packed with so much love and care. 🩷💖
